You have a period of 30 days to request the return of any item.

For a product to be considered returnable, it must be in the same condition as when purchased, with no signs of use and the original label attached. The packaging must be in perfect condition, protected, and wrapped.

If you do not keep the black plastic bag with the logo, you must add one so that the box is not damaged. If it is in poor condition, €4 will be charged.
