1. ORGANIZING ENTITY

The Instagram promotional action “SORTEO OLIVIA MAREQUE UN BOLSO + 2 CADENAS CADA EVERY 10 MINUTOS” is organized by the merchant REVIERE STUDIOS S.L hereinafter Olivia Mareque, with official profile on Instagram @oliviamareque. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Instagram.

2. TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORARY SCOPEThe sweepstakes will take place exclusively on Instagram on June 5, from 11:00h to 19:00h (time of peninsular Spain). And Instagram accounts from all over the world will be able to participate.

3 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATIONAll individuals who meet the following requirements during the promotion period can participate:Follow @oliviamareque's official profile on the Instagram channel.Upload the sweepstakes post to your Instagram stories (you will have to keep them visible for at least 24 hours). Mention friends in the comments of the sweepstakes post (no limit of mentions; the more mentions, the more chances of winning).

4. DRAWING MECHANICSDuring the promotion hours, Olivia Mareque will do a sweepstakes choosing a winner every 10 minutes. This winner will be published in the Instagram stories of the account @oliviamareque.Each sweepstakes will be carried out with a sweepstakes application and will be shared in the stories and post of Olivia Mareque's official profile.

5. PRIZESThe winners will receive one prize each, consisting of a bag (a bag base without chains) from any of Olivia Mareque's collections + 2 chains. The bags and chains can be chosen by the winners according to availability. Units available for prizes: 15 PANTONE model, 13 OLIVIA model, 10 PETRA model, 5 ARES model and 5 KENZA model.Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable and also cannot be exchanged or returned as they are considered gifts.In no case can fake Instagram accounts be awarded prizes. Olivia Mareque will carry out a verification process of the winners' Instagram accounts. In case of doubt may request the ID to certify that the winning account is real. The winner must present it in order to send the product.

6. COMMUNICATION OF WINNERSThe names of the winners will be published every 10 minutes in the post of the draw and every hour in Instagram stories of @oliviamareque.Subsequently we will contact through Instagram with the winners to send the prizes. The shipping of the prizes may take up to 10 working days.7

7. DATA PROTECTIONThe winners' data will be used exclusively to manage the delivery of the prizes. Olivia Mareque will not share this information with third parties or store it after the end of the promotion.
