1. General provisions
By making a purchase on this website, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions of Purchase fully and without reservation. Olivia Mareque reserves the right to amend them at any time. The terms published at the time of purchase will apply.
2. Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed and the corresponding amount refunded.
3. Prices and typographical errors
Prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. However, if a typographical or operational error is identified in a product's price, Olivia Mareque reserves the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even if it has already been confirmed or paid. The customer will be notified as soon as possible and the amount paid will be refunded in full.
4. Order confirmation
After placing an order, the customer will receive an email confirmation. This confirms receipt of the order and does not constitute automatic acceptance. Olivia Mareque reserves the right to refuse an order for any legitimate reason.
5. Payment methods
The payment methods specified on the website are accepted. Payment will be taken when the order is confirmed.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond Olivia Mareque's control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.

8. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
9. Order amendments or cancellation
Olivia Mareque reserves the right to cancel or amend an order, in whole or in part, in the event of an error, stock shortage, technical issue or other justified reason. If an order is amended or cancelled, the customer will be informed and, where applicable, a full or partial refund will be issued.
