Products with manufacturing defects or flaws

Items that have manufacturing defects or flaws are not handled as standard returns. In these cases:

1. Write to us at info@oliviamareque.com indicating the problem and attaching photos.
   
2. We will handle the exchange or return free of charge, offering you a solution as soon as possible.
   

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns

In Spain (Peninsula), exchanges cost €3.95 and returns cost €4.95. For the Balearic Islands, the cost is €4.95 for exchanges and €5.95 for returns, and in the Canary Islands, €8.95 and €12 respectively.

In Portugal, exchanges cost €6.95 and returns cost €8.95, while in the rest of Europe, the cost is €5.95 for exchanges and €7.95 for returns. In the United Kingdom, exchanges cost €7.95 and returns cost €9.95.

For orders from the United States, Canada, and LATAM, exchanges cost €20 and returns cost €25, with the same conditions applicable to the rest of the world.
